All guests are met at the airline arrival gate by a chauffeur. Flights are checked by our office one and a half hours prior to arrival/departure time. All chauffeurs will display guest’s initial and last name for identification. Any passenger who has not been acknowledged at the gate will be paged and met at the baggage claim area.
